It appears that PCGS had a problem with the color of this piece. We, on the other hand, have no problem at all with it. We grade this piece MS64+ Full Head. Also take careful notice of the strike as it is as full as we have ever seen on a coin in this series. Each and every rivet on the shield is full and complete. The skirt lines are full and there is complete separation between the toes!
