Shipping and Delivery
We pride ourselves on prompt delivery. If a coin is purchased on the website or over the phone and paypal is the payment method we will make every effort to send it the following day. Exceptions to this will be when we are at a show in which the coin(s) will ship when we return to the office. If check or money order is the payment method we will deposit the check/money order and ship a once payment has cleared.
All our shipments are USPS priority mail or resister mail, depending on value, and come with signature conformation. We believe this is the best way to protect us both from lost or stolen packages. Of course all packages are insured for the full purchase price.Tracking information will also be provided via your website account, which will automatically generate a shipping notification email.
All coins we sell come with a no questions asked 7 day return privilege. We simply ask you let us know if a coin is being returned before the seven days has expired. The last thing we want is someone to be unhappy with a coin purchase, and will gladly issue a prompt refund once the coin is returned.
On a related note if there is a coin you are upgrading, and originally purchased from us, we are always elated to buy back the duplicate coin based upon current market value. Please contact us further for further details.
Ordering / Payment
The website is accepts payment in the form of paypal or check/money order. Simply check out using the shopping cart on the website and select the preferred payment method. If this method is not preferable just contact us and we can complete the purchase offline. Again we are very flexible in this matter.
While we strive to have the website and connected listings as current as possible, we reserve the right to correct any pricing, availability, or other mistakes that may appear throughout any point of the transaction. Even with our diligent double checking human nature or a slip of the finger, though very rarely, does happen.
All orders and account information can be viewed by logging into your account on the homepage. Once logged in payment method, shipping information, and invoices are available. Updating Account Information
While all information can be updated through the website with a username and password, we can also make such changes through email or over the phone. Once again we are very flexible in this regard.
